We want to do a few things….

Enhance the knowledge of baseball coaches and players throughout the world via educational opportunities. The main purpose of the IYBCA is to assist in the evolution of baseball coaches by regulating the knowledge and skill of the individuals who work within it.

The International Youth Baseball Coaches Association is the premier international authority with respect to baseball coaching techniques and player development. We study research and provide appropriate examples of practical application for working with young baseball players.

We establish coaching norms with respect to safe, effective and clinically sound means of optimally developing injury-free, emotionally sound and functionally gifted young baseball players.

Our goal at the IYBCA is to unite baseball coaches everywhere under solid leadership principles and methods of developing kids.

The IYBCA is a wonderful mix of coaches from the professional, collegiate, high school, and youth ranks. We also stake claim to many top experts in the field of sports medicine, athletic training, performance enhancement, and teaching.

The IYBCA pledges to provide its members with a vast selection of resources and opportunities intended to improve their knowledge in the area of baseball coaching. These will include, but are not limited to:

In-depth and extensive annual conferences hosted by leaders in the baseball coaching community, an extensive array of educational texts as well as audio and visual products, and a soon-to-be here certification (includes examination, exam study materials, and a background check).

Our mission is to infuse baseball coaches with an excellence in education and resources so that we can all work together to instill proper measures of baseball development training back into the lives of our youngest generation.
